you are solely responsible for all ad spend, platform charges, and related taxes or fees;

we do not guarantee approval, delivery, performance, lead quality, conversions, or return on ad spend;

ad platform decisions, including disapprovals, holds, suspensions, or bans, are outside our control.

Ad spend is non-refundable.

9. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Renewals

Some services are offered on a subscription or recurring billing basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and/or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges.

Unless otherwise stated:

subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period;

you may cancel before the next renewal date to avoid future charges;

cancellation does not retroactively refund charges already incurred;

fees for partially used billing periods are not prorated unless required by law.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and modify your User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, improve, secure, and support the services.

You represent and warrant that:

you own or control all rights necessary to submit the User Content;

your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights; and

your User Content is accurate and not misleading.
